Stupid laws

We were at the laundry today discussing some of the really stupid laws out there. Here in Pa. it is illegal to sleep in your car. So if you are exhaused and pull off the road into a roadside rest and go to sleep they patrol those and they will arrest you. So I guess you are supposed to just keep driving until you kill someone. Another one is - if you leave a bar and you are drunk so you decide not to drive and you set out walking home they can arrest you for drunken walking. So you are no better off than if you had gotten in your car and drove home. What is the matter with these lawmakers?It is also illegal if you have been drinking to get in your car and instead of driving you just get in the back seat and fall asleep they will arrest you for that as well.
