I ordered a custom dog jacket from etsy recently from a seller in Turkey.  I paid to have it shipped by expedited shipping with UPS Worldwide Saver.  I had been tracking it since Dec. 29.  It started in Turkey, then went to Germany and then the United States.  On Saturday it was in my city scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday.  When I checked today, the tracking says "shipping label created."  It's like nothing else has happened.

I sent UPS an e-mail about this but doubt it will get answered until Tuesday since it's a holiday.  Has anyone else had anything like this happen?  I always track my packages and haven't seen anything like this.  I really wanted that jacket and am worried about it now.

I'd wait until Wednesday to worry,  unless you just don't have anything else to do.  Sometimes when UPS realizes they've over-scheduled deliveries,  as after a holiday,  they get very creative in their excuses for a delay.   Don't be surprised if your EDD  changes.

I woukd have found a dog jacket in the US of A.... not from Turkey.

@SeaMaiden   She has a special dog with a broad chest.   She probably found something hand-made and super cute.   You know how moms are.

If it even gets answered.

I was tracking a package that had been handed over to the local PO on 12/15.  I emailed them about it on 12/23 and I'm still waiting for an answer.

Yes, that's exactly why I ordered it.  It's not possible to find a ready made coat/jacket for a french bulldog.  My dog has two fleece jackets that I ordered from etsy that are from the USA.  This one is wool, so it would be for the colder mornings.  It was special.

@CelticCrafter  You need to be pro-active.   I had one my carrier "misplaced".   After I waited a week,  I tracked her down and told her I'd like to have my package delivered or I'd go get it from the postmaster.   It was in my box the next day.   A note in the box would also have worked.

This morning the tracking info is listed again and scheduled to be delivered tomorrow.  It's very strange that it disappeared for a day.
