I took my dogs out around 12:45. I don't stray too far from my front door, just cause it was so late. This girl, maybe 20, goes to my door and starts to open it. I said EXCUSE ME, you can't go in there. She said sorry, thought it was unlocked or something like that and then goes back around the way she came. I double locked my doors and watched out the window. She was walking around the parking lot, back and forth, and she would go around to the front of other condos. She had a cell phone and kept checking it, I could see the blue light.

I went to bed and about 30 minutes later, she is ringing my door bell, 4-5 times. I didn't answer it, she went away. then she came back about 20 minutes after that. I still didn't answer it, looked out the window and she went to my neighbors door and rang their bell alot.

It was weird. I wonder if she was high or something.
