I remember the day, I realized how much at work, I liked this one person on how they handled things. They didn't do personal attacks, it was the issue, not the person, that was addressed. The other thing that person did was to not even attack themselves when they made a mistake. They'd say, "silly me". No reason to tear someone down, and their self-esteem could be left in tact. I still like that.

Every.Single.One. of my posts on this thread were gotten rid of.

I quoted no one, so can't blame it on "getting caught up in a quote". Must have hit some nerves. So much for no luggage.

I did not insult anyone, I merely posted my opinion on what the op was saying, and then responded (civilly) to the post that insinuated that those who disagree with the OP either were carrying luggage, not reading the thread, or just picking on her.

A short while back a poster wrote, "This is a Forum not a face to face encounter..." to excuse unfiltered insults about others.

This is a part of the problem along with those who hide behind the words, "I have a right to express my opinion" which preceded or was followed by a tirade of disrespectful and rude expressions about others.
