Don't give up, @SharkE . I was also batting zip when I checked the IRS's site, but after reading these new posts and seeing people getting dates, checked again. Hooray, it's to be deposited on the 29th.

I got that message and then a couple of days later it showed the date they were mailing the check. I still think they have some glitches. You only need your ss#, date of birth, street address and zip code. Did it say what didn't match, if not they are still processing information. Remember this is the Government!!

I was reading C/NET.com a good place for info.

I was always getting the message on checking my status that it was unavailable.

I read the tip when checking that you need to enter all CAPS on the form to check your status.

I tried all caps this morning on my address and bingo I read my check is being deposited on April 30th into direct deposit. YAY! Finally an answer, I can sit back and relax now...

I got my first scammer this morning, trying to get my money. Too bad it's already safely in my savings account, plus I don't have a Wells Fargo account.

I hope there's a special place in hell for these %*&^*&^* scammers.
