Have been waiting for the Josie Maran AD.... Well after placing my first order back in I believe it was Dec. and went on Ad for the next order ... welllllll first it was slated for April and then it was changed again and here it is June and still waiting for my order. They say it has been shipped and they have my money but to no avail it is still not here. To top things off I paid for the SH and taxes which was plenty for the order and cannot even track it here. Am I a happy camper ???.... no not at all .. this was my first AD and cannot believe that I have had to wait this long for an item. In all my dealings with shopping online this has been my first time that I am really disheartened about the whole deal. I think it is about time that Josie and qvc get their act together as this is really not acceptable by either party. Sorry that I feel this way but have been in business myself and believe me this is not what one would call public and business relationship very good. Also had recieved the same letter that most had re---- not being able to fill the orders. My question is why would you offer an AD if you cannot fulfil the offer????? Sorry for venting but really waiting over a month for an order that was ordered with good intenitons and expect the same in return.
