Stiletto?

Saw on HSN today where a lady killed a man, not sure of the relationship as I didn't see the whole thing. Guess her story is that he attacked her and she took off this shoe and kept hitting him, and she killed him.

Seems like Vinny said these things went about an inch into this guys head, and she hit him over 15 times. Have seen some ladies wear these and always wondered how they could even stand up in them, but in attack cases, looks like they could save a lady's life.
