It seems from the tapes he did not actually have intercourse with them but exposed himself and had them touch his p____.That is bad enough , but it could have been worse.

Nancy said he had resigned from several orginizations. Not much really. They were some other lawyers on and they discussed several topics. I didn't get to watch the entire program. I did read that a relative of his wife or ex, told her he exposed himself to her and fondled her when she stayed with them as a house guest as a child. His wife ignored the issue for many years due to him denying it, but several years ago said she believed her.

I thought that it is illegal to secretly tape another person without their knowledge,{#emotions_dlg.scared}

Depends on the state. This happened in a state that does not require a person to know they are being taped. Never thought about it but one lawyer brought this up - how many times have you called medical, financial institutions, etc. and they say" "this may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes". He said - that complies with the "you are now notified that you are being recorded". Never thought about that.

My issue with this is that this all came up as part of a contentious divorce and supposedly this was taped in 2012. SO, why did it take 2 years to surface? Aren't doctors/law enforcement/teachers required by law to investigate/report these type acts on children?

Yes, why now,...not taking up for him, but wondering if it is true.....if it is, that's terrible,.....but I know innocent people have been accused and had their lives affected, so lets be sure.

If a therapist heard this, he/she is a mandated reporter and would have reported it. It would have then been investigated. And charges filed. My verdict is - why now? Divorce propaganda?
