I listen to him sometimes in the morning on my way to work.
"The Strawberry Letter" segment is always good for a few laughs.

I used to think he was funny on Family Feud but I started watching Celebrity Family Feud the other night (repeat) and there was nothing funny about him at all. I didn't find him rude and crude, just not funny.
However, my husband and I were recently watching tv and he commented about how he was surprised at what is allowed to be said on tv now that could never have been said before.
A friend of mine and I were also talking about a movie we saw and it was just a nice movie without all the cussing and swearing and filth. And no I'm not a prude and yes I cuss but sometimes it's just too much and not necessary.
@Lipstickdiva - I'm not a prude either - but I agree with you - he is on at 3:00 in the afternoon here and I don't think it is appropriate when children are home.

I never thought I'd see/hear things like this on a soap opera. They are now saying, PITA, son of a b****, others I can't think of at the moment. Besides this, they are showing couples in bed, nekkid and everything. Who would have thunk???? I'm ashamed to have my married kids over when I'm watching. They probably think I'm watching porn.......

I'm sure that your married children aren't even fazed by what's on soap operas.

I used to like him, until he was talking about Mike Vick and said F them dogs.

@Plaid Pants2 They're not phased but I'm the one who is embarrassed. It doesn't take much.

I wouldn't go that far. I was just making an observation and then a comment. Nothing to get in a tizzy about. JMO

I've always liked Steve Harvey but he does seem to be getting a little too big for his britches. I was suprised too at the language he is getting by with on daytime TV. He's on here at 3pm. He's pushing the envelope too much.
But then again, flipping through channels the other day and The Wolf of Wall Street was on FX at 8 pm. Every other word in some scenes is the F word. Though dubbed out, you can clearly tell that's what they are saying. Why bother? Geez. And nudity was shown with black outs over the breasts and genitalia. Tons of drug use. I'm no prude, but seems a bit much for network TV. Even my husband said, " that's on network TV?!"
