Glad you could manage a walk @QueenDanceALot . I don't even go out when it's that hot.

I would just die.

I've had a tenny-tiny taste of what it's like when it gets hot and humid (74 degrees with 70% humidity), and it felt like I couldn't breathe!

@Anonymous032819   Don't taunt us. I have lived in the south all of my life. Summers here are becoming unbearable with weeks of 95+ temperatures.  But my Chicago daughter said it was hot up there today around 90. Bring on winter! I hate this heat.

My dream IS to live at the ocean.

I WILL get there!

@AuntG

I have walked daily during the summer and it's been hot for long stretches (like everywhere!) and have acclimated to it, but I think the cooler weather we had last week spoiled me.  If I get to walk early in the morning it's fine, but most days I can't get out until the afternoon.

I look forward to the cooler, crisper days of Fall

It was 100 degrees here today.  Hottest September 10 since 1900.  I am sick of summer.

I have never been so ready to see the tail end of a summer... and have been ready for fall since early July... I try to like summer, as I once did, but just can't do it... I'm ready for summer when it gets here but ready for it to leave long before it does...

72 in Santa Fe going up to 77.  Finally cooling off here.  51% humidity which is a bit high.  Blue skies.  Cool breeze.  Love it here. Best move we ever made.

Right now we are at 91 with a feels like temp. of 97 and a nearly tropical dew point.  It's gross out.

They are calling for storms later, some of which could be severe.
