I haven't worked out for over a year. Just housework and gardening.

I want to shape up as I age, so that my core is strong to support me. Good balance and flexibility are my goals.

I have the Zumba program, but haven't used it. It looks like fun, and I do like to walk. Sorry about the other thread, TK!
