Start date for holiday returns?

Can anyone please tell me the start date of the Holiday returns. I thought it was in the middle of October. I have a couple of returns that I have to make that was just brought to my attention. thanks in advance for your help.

I thought it started when we did all the buying on the Christmas in July show. I guess I might be wrong but that I thought was the sales pitch and lord knows we bought enough stuff on that day.

Yes, you can shop with confidence this holiday season! Any gifts you purchase from September 22, 2013 through December 23, 2013 at Noon ET can be returned for any reason until January 31, 2014. You can exchange the item (if available) or you can return the gift for a full refund of the purchase price and original Shipping & Handling charges.
