BTW .. I mix my S/F Electrolype "Pina Colada" "Zip Fizz" powdr with Sugar Free La Croix Coconut Soda.

BTW, at Amz Prime, for the moment, this particular La Croix Coconut 24 pk is ~$3-$6 ea, limit 3.

I thought Diet Coke was one of the higher caffeine drinks. I'll have to check.

BTW, if you take a No-Doze pill (or the Walmart generic) they have 200mg of caffeine. Good if there's no Starbucks around, I guess.

Coconut soda?? I love anything coconut but I've never heard of coconut soda. My daughter is in Florida right now and sent me this photo saying that I need to buy some of this gelato. Our Walmart carries this brand but not that flavor.

I've been having some heart

recuperating problems. Nothing serious, just doing things I shouldn't be doing at this point.

And no pain medication other than OTC. Plus my husband has been home all week. Found out today that his SS will start July 26th so retirement is on the horizon. Our daughter and family have been in Florida for a week so we've been going to see Dad everyday. Thank you for thinking of me. thank you. Stay cool! The sage supplements that I am taking is working better than anything I've ever tried.
