Is there also some strange opposition to putting snowflakes or snowmen on a cup?  Is that going to rattle someone's cage too?  Does a candy cane have a previously unknown religious connotation?

Ah... it might to those who are snow challenged. LOL

Re: Starbucks' Cup Controversy

I'm sitting at my desk right now with my Starbucks coffee in the red cup. And you know what?  You can't see a darned thing on the cup anyhow because that brown cardboard piece they put around the cup so you don't burn your hands takes up 3/4 of the cup.  Even IF there was something on it, you wouldn't see it.

As an aside, I'd also like to know where people are paying so much money for a cup of Starbucks coffee?  I buy a tall coffee with cream and spent $1.85.  Even a large is only slightly over $2.00.

Re: Starbucks' Cup Controversy

I thought it was just a nice festive red cup.... I thought the picture on the middle of the cup was the Starbucks logo picture.. I do not see this as a controversy or anything important... just a red cup with there logo picture on it.

The cup controversy is much ado about NOTHING. Starbuck's coffee is the WORST. The price is also RIDICULOUS!

What is ridiculous about $1.85 for a small coffee or a little over $2.00 for a large?  If you can't afford it, that's okay.  Smiley Wink

Yes it has.

But you know, it's a new and improved board.  So much better than it used to be.  NOT!
