Stalin, UFOs, and Area 51

There's a new book out that claims Josef Stalin recruited Josef Mengele, the nazi "Angel of Death", to surgically alter children and make them look like "aliens" in order to cause hysteria among Americans. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy}

Could this story possibly be true? Talk about a diabolical plan!
