My driveway is shared by the 5 story condo in front of my brownstone. The entrance is two blocks away from the street where our annual St. Patrick's Day parade is held. 70,000 people attended.
When I pulled into my driveway, I noticed that a guy was relieving himself against our garages. As I got closer to my spot in the back, I saw 3 women in their 20s-30s between the cars also relieving themselves.
I was in and out several times over the course of 3 hours. EACH time I came or went someone was doing the same thing.
I didn't call the police (more a nuisance than anything and they were tied up at the parade). I didn't want to approach obviously drunk people either.
Should I have done/said something???
Bah humbug!
