Spring easy pay

Has anyone gotten the spring easy pay offer yet? I had forgotten all about it until I saw another thread on "Q we love" If so, is the tagline www.qvc.com/spring? I called customer service and she would not look at my account to see if I had one, said I would recieve the "card" if I did. Surprized me, ususally CS is very friendly (true, I have only called 2-3 times before) But I did have to wait awhile, she was probally backlogged, and trying to get through her calls {#emotions_dlg.unsure}
