I have been eyeing a blue diamond ring from Affinity, so I called customer service to find out about the spring easy pay, as I haven't received mine yet. I get one in the fall and spring every year and have for several years. I was told my account would not be receiving one. What's up with that? Other channels offer easy pay on many of their items all the time. Now I feel like my business is not important enough for them. Anybody else going through this?
