Good for her .... and the twins!

I wish these two precious children the best in the world. I do not particularly care for Madonna, but if she can give them a better life then I wish her well. She needs to stay focused on things like this and stay off the streets (in more ways than one).

I am so happy for her! Madonna is a lot healthier than some women 25. She is in great shape and will probably be a great mom to the girls.

@Bri21 My thoughts exactly. I don't care if she's Madonna, she's too OLD.
And exactly how old was the twins natural mother? Perhaps I'm assuming incorretly that their own mother either died or abandoned them. How is that situation better than having someone who wants to raise, educate and love them than having them live in an orphanage with slim to no chance of having decent lives?

The girls' mother died soon after giving birth and their father took them to an orphanage because he had several other children and couldn't care for the twins.

The twin girls arent babies, they're five so Madonna isn't too old. Here in Massachustts people over fifty adopt all the time.
@JaneMarple JMO~~ Over 50, you should be a grandparent, not a parent.

She certainly is not someone to admire, but she is someone who can buy whatever she wants, including children.

Reports at the time said her teenage son rebelled against her strict rules for study and not going out with friends all the time. The father believes in no rules.
Is it any wonder the teen chose living with his dad?
BTW, last I read, the son is back to a good relationship with his mother.

And on another note, who takes care of all her young children when she's on tour ?
Or at her demonstrations?
