Southern California weather?

I have lived in So Cal my whole life.....and I think our weather is starting to change.

EVERY Fall was windy with fires. Smiley Sad We never had rain until after Halloween. Last Fall, we had early rain, no winds and no major fires, thank God.

Now we are having another early big storm. I also don't recall all the summer monsoons, hail etc

Any others in So Cal think our weather patterns are changing?
