Just checked out a cute pair of ankle boots from QVC that cost $130 and the shipping cost is $10.97!!! That's it, I'm done with QVC. I've shopped here for a long time and have spent plenty, but this is the end of the line for me.

I have stopped buying multiples and if it is going up as you say. I will be purchasing very little. Like most say you can find most stuff cheaper elsewhere unless it is something unusual. Giving a discount on mulitples will hurt them at Christmas , because that is when most people buy multiples.

Well, with them raising their price and no discounts on multiple to the same address it will have to be a very special item that I cannot get anywhere else for me to purchase.

Even at a small shipping increase, they need to reinstate the "half off shipping of multiple items going to the same address" policy again.

I ordered 8 pieces of the BL TSV's (and a few more later) and the shipping for all that really added up. Q had many complaints (and lost a lot of business directly to some of the vendors who offer free shipping) because of their high shipping before.

Here they go again!

The s/h charges on handbags and most shoes is especially ridiculous. The other day I saw a D&B handbag presented and the s/h was $12.47. They have got to be kidding!

The other day, I was going to order 2 clothing items from Evine. They were charging full s/h on each item so to ship 2 thinner t-shirt material tops, the s/h would have been $9.98. I removed both items from my cart and they lost my entire order.

I just ordered a nylon bag (one) from a major brand as a gift. NOT QVC.

The shipping and handling by way of Fed Ex was $12

When ordering from any site, I have in my mind what the USPS would charge so if it will cost anywhere between $3-$7 then that is acceptable, anything over that then I won't buy it.

Well, this awful surprise will not go well, overall, with shoppers at the Q. Their sales have really declined, I believe, and now this? There are going to be many unhappy customers that is for sure.

I am shopping more and more at B&M stores as well as HSN. I have HSN in the background today and see they are having another fashion clearance day.....fantastic clearance up to 70% off and shipping and handling only $2.99 on majority of items.

Q....you need to take notice of what the other shopping places are offering and step up beyond the plate.

I've stated often that I don't care what QVC charges for S&H since I don't normally order in multiples and very rarely return. Even being a careful shopper, I have no other option but to return 2 pair of LOGO leggings I just purchased. The fit was horrible, and not the usual QVC sizing. Way too large. Oh well. Lesson learned. I know better than purchasing clothing, but they had a markdown and I needed leggings. Yes, I certainly know where to get a good deal on leggings elsewhere.
