Soda Stream--Anyone Try It?

Hi, everyone~~Just wondering if anyone has tried Soda Stream, whereby you can make your own soda at home? I'm mainly interested in just the sparkling water. Do you actually save money vs. buying soda or sparkling water? Anyone try the cola? Does it actually taste like Coke or Pepsi? I wish QVC would have a TSV on it. Thanks for any info. ~~ Tabby

We have had ours for years and we love it. We use it all the time. We mostly use it to make sparkling water to add to other drinks so they're not so sweet. When we exchange the cartridge, we go to the triple b store & use a $5 coupon. Makes the replacement bottles only $10. Not sure how long the cartridge last. We do use it every day. Like the idea of always being able to have fizzy water when we want it.
