Call out to Sarrah:  You were such a help this morning when I wrote to complain about the colors scrollingl   You truly went out of you way by reaponding with pictures of each color so that I could more readily compare colors!

Truly excellent service from the Social Team!!!!

@Krimpette I find the Social Team to be quite communicative, prompt and helpful also! Tku to them...good customer service is always appreciated, and getting harder and harder to find these days!

They really are excellent. I don't know of any other on line company that gives great customer service like QVC.

I emailed them yesterday with ongoing problems with the website here and Sarrah was the one who responded to me tooSmiley Happy She said she would report it to IT.

They are really always so responsive and really seem to care about helping and resolving any problems.
