So disappointed .......

Purchased an Anne Klein watch for a Christmas gift, the cost was $119. It arrived today and I removed it from the box and there was a AK price tag for $95. Called CS and the gal said that she didn'T know why that would be except AK wants QVC to sell it for $119.

Hung up and it was bugging me. I did not get a return label nor a usual shipping receipt. All I got was what looked like a zerox of the top portion----no place to say why I was returning it.

On a hunch I went into Amazon and low and behold same watch ---suggested price $95----Amazons price $62.50.

Called QVC CS back and asked for a return label etc. She wanted to know why I was returning it---I explained---she said she was sorry I was disappointed with the watch.

Could you believe that?
