I recently placed two orders on the same day, but at different times.Today I received both orders in same bag but charged separate shipping. If I have to return that will be another $6.95 each. How can we continue to absorb this kind of expense especially since so many stores offer free returns.. I think QVC is doing themselves a disservice.

Well you were aware of and agreed to this policy when you made the purchase.

I totally agree. I also think it is ridiculous to charge a shipping fee for item that is placed in the same box for return, when those items are going to the same facility for processing. Price gauging, especially when you are a loyal QVC shopper. Keeping this policy in mind, will definitely determine my spending habits going forward with this company.

You made the choice.  Should of thought about it before hitting the button.

The OP did not agree for them to place both orders in the same bag and ship them together.  If they're returned they should be able to be returned in the same bag and if the return label is used only one charge for both.

Let your voice be heard by not shopping with them. Plenty of shopping fish in the sea fortunately

We ?????????   You can only speak for yourself, the return policy is not a secret.  You knew what it was when you made the purchase.  If you find that you return a lot of things and you can't afford the return charges, stop shopping with QVC.  Shop with one of those retailers that offer free returns.

For things I think I might need to return, I always look first to see if I can find something locally -  that's over 95% of all my clothing purchases, even more for shoes.

When I know Ioften have to take a half dozen garments into a dressing room to find just one, I know there's very little anywhere on line that I'm going to order.

I know QVC isn't competitive in shipping-  but I also know lots of retailers trying to be competitive with their shipping are dying.  Keep in mind that Amazon doesn't make its money sending us ordinary shoppers our brown boxes.  They can well afford to pretend its free -  QVC probably can't.  Yes, it costs them volume -    but volume alone does not pay the cost of free and fast shipping.  Just read Amazon's 2019 financials.

I think you're missing the point.  Yes we know the shipping and return policy.  But is it right for QVC to charge for two shipments when they actually made one shipment in this case - for two orders?  So why shouldn't she be able to return both items in one bag/box and be charged for one return shipment.?
