Snowcat Skiing for DD Today!!!!

She is a very accomplished skier, and loves the powder, as most do. so today, this is the greatest adventure and I can't wait to hear all about it. We only live about 45 miles from it, so she skiis regularly. By the way, she is the mom of five, all grown, and a GM 4 times! Am I proud? You bet!!!

  • Average Run - 2,000' Vertical
  • Longest Run - 2,200' Vertical
  • Daily Vertical - 14,000' to 20,000' Vertical
  • Average Number Runs per Day - 10 to 12 Runs
  • Two snow cats operate daily (conditions permitting) with a Twelve person capacity on each cat.

We ask that all riders are of at least an intermediate level, able to link turns in all conditions and should be comfortable riding in trees and able to avoid natural obstacles. If you are unfamiliar with powder ski techniques an intro to powder through the Grand Targhee Ski School can prepare you for our Snowcat Adventure.
