ITA. He wasn't ready to be released from the hospital according to his mother.

I am glad the trial is over and justice was served. I think he knew right from wrong. So I do not believe he was insane according to law. The way this world is going, half the people will be keeping the other half in prison and hospitals. People are losing respect for human life and don't believe they will answer to God in eternity. The world is getting more and more evil every minute.

Chris Kyle wasn't on trial. I don't know what facts they ignored.
I'm not even going to bother pointing out the obvious fact that Chris Kyle is a member of the military and was doing his job.

this type of rhetoric serves no purpose, in my opinion.

i have no problem with the verdict of guilt. i do feel that justice would have been better served had routh been sentenced to a state mental facility for the remainder of his life like andrea yates was.

amen. it's not a job that anyone would want but it's a job that is unfortunately needed to be done. some still think hot cocoa and kumbaya is all that's needed in order to bring about world peace.

routh may have a chance at a successful appeal and being re-sentenced as andrea yates was to a state mental facility.
