Snarky, Critical Comments at Work - How Should I Handle?

There are two guys that I work for that seem to get some kind of enjoyment for putting me down. They are engineers, and I am their admin assistant. This is not constructive criticism, but snarky "why don't you do it my way" kind of comments. Anyway, it's just the kind of thing that makes me have a meltdown. One guy never has time to explain anything, but finds his voice if what I do is not exactly to his liking (like... why did you copy this in color, B&W was okay).

Should I ignore and try not to get mad? Or should I say something, in which case they will know that I'm hurt and may continue to press my buttons intentionally anyway?

Thank you! I am really beginning to dread working with them.
