I hope they were relocated rather than destroyed.

And I thought my big problem was with ANTS! Ha! Tho for a while it seemed my house was above a giant ant farm, eventually the infestation was mostly controlled and now I only have an occasional intrusion. And did I just jinx myself?

That's the house which was in an episode of 'Infested' on Animal Planet I saw. I believe that family wasn't the first one to have the snake problem. There were other homeowners before them but the situation with the snakes wasn't fully disclosed to the new owners!  There should be laws!

They actually removed and relocated just over 100 snakes. The house's foundation was not rock. The builder didn't clear out the rock that was there and just built the foundation. The woman was not in the least afraid and just called the local snake relocater. She didn't want her name used because she didn't want to alarm her neighbors. I'd be so out of there.

I live in Sonoma County in a small town that is plagued by rattlers spring and fall. We are super careful where we step and where we put our hands. The fires we have had and the drought has all kinds of animals coming out of our hills.
