Why wouldn't customers be alerted about website maintenance? It would save people unnecessary worries.

This website has many glitches which have nothing to do with devices or browsers.

@dooBdoo You are exactly right, it is cheaper in the long run but one of the things that baffles many in IT is the companies don't look down the road; it's all here and now. I found the opposite to be true when I worked in Europe.

I wonder why?

Well, I couldn't get in to place my 4 Easy Pay order this afternoon, so I called my order in.  But I just noticed that I didn't get the 4 Easpy Pays.  So, I cancelled that order.  Easy come......easy go.

@meem120,  This is true.  We don't have these problems with any other major website (that I'm aware of).   I've said, since the first day I used QVC.com, that this site is far behind in its technology, it's unreliable, and they have dreadful tech support.   With all the complaints over the years, nothing has improved as far as I can see.

After several weeks of this, I have to say I had a grin and chuckle at the thread title "Site problem TODAY (my emphasis)?"

Site problem permanent.
