To me Simon Cowell is "living his life". Like I have said here ad-nauseam, each adult is free to choose what risks they want to take living their life. Simon likes electric bikes and since this is his 2nd go around with a crash, he knows the risks.
Seems to me his choice involves much less risk to others by his choice of transportation. Has he injured others because of his choice of risk? If so, he should face the consequences. If not, his body/his life to live/his choice.
My life has always been living a little more risky than many others. And yes, my body has paid the price of those risks I chose. Why would anyone but my immediate family care what risks I choose to fulfill my type of lifestyle?
I don't know Simon's domestic life, nor do I care to know it. He got injured doing something he knew came with a risk. Why? Think he may be the only one to give out the correct reason.

Sometimes I think he is on a suicide mission. He didn't even wear a helmet. Something is not right with him. Maybe he thinks he is Evil Knievel.
