I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else. This morning when I signed onto QVC, I got a screen that asked for all my identifying info again. Name, phone number etc. I thought QVC must have added another layer of security and filled out the screen. I used my regular screen name. But I just noticed that it wiped out my history. It's treating me like a brand new customer. My wish list is gone and that is really disturbing. Has this happened to anyone else???

Though it didn't happen to me yet, I read a thread about this very issue on VPs last night. You may have to call for help getting your old account back, if you have cleared your cache and tried signing again, as usual. Seems to be an error where when we sign in, they are asking us to register as a new member, rather than just logging in as current members.

The VPs thread

Hope you find some answers that will help you.

That happened to me - the create a nickname thing - last week. I thought it must not recognize my new phone, so I backed out, not having time to deal with it. But then the next time I signed in with the same phone, everything was back to normal. It was fine today, too. I recall it saying we must use the same nickname for purchases, reviews and posting here. Maybe they are tightening up security in as far as making sure those who leave reviews have purchased the items and are not just creating accounts to discredit their merchandise. A lot of that goes on with shopping sites. Annoying though when we only use the one account in the first place. I have only left 1 or 2 reviews in all my time here. Both were positive. I hope they can clear it up for you, OP.
