When logging in, it asked me to create a nickname

Bizarre. I just tried logging in, 3 times, and after putting in my email address and password, it brought me to a screen telling me that, to participate in the forums, I needed to create a nickname. Huh???????? I've been on these boards for 10 years.

I cancelled all that. On my 4th attempt, it let me in the normal way.

Anyone else run into this today?

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I haven't had that one yet. I had when I go to enter my password the password box is missing.

I had the same thing today, too. I had recently changed my password, not sure if that had anything to do with it.

It happened to me this morning and I changed my name even though I didn't want to. I wish I would have known to ignore it and kept trying. Now I can't change it back and don't remember my password.

It happened to me this afternoon and I refused to create a new nickname. I left the site altogether then came back after 10 minutes and all was well.

I thought I was being punished for responding to a thread about good sales at coles

I noticed this morning that my posts of yesterday had my password in place of my nic! I had to call customer service because when I tried to change my password, it didn't work. I had to also reset my nic which can be done from "my account," just put your regular nick in the box.
