I am unable to sign out of my account.  I want to switch to a different account and unable to do so.  Any advice???

I suppose if you have more than one email address you could have more than one account.  I have a personal email and my business email address.  It has been so many years and years since I started this I do not even remember what all I did to sign up.

when i am on the homepage of the shopping site, i see HI "MY REAL NAME" towards the top of the page, right hand side. it is near my cart. i hover over that and there is a drop down menu where i can select sign out. i can then sign into another account using the email and password.

 

i am on a windows laptop.
