I can now pay with Master Card points at Walgreens. It makes shopping a bit less painful at the checkout counter!
Really efficient .... by the time I get home from the store, I have a confirmation email in my inbox.

My card is tied to Amazon. I have saved mine up for Black Friday. I need a new phone and I have about $100 credit to put towards it. I love reward cards.

We use our Amex points for gift cards, a better deal than using them towards the bill or in a store.

Well hope they don't pass Hands Off My Rewards or you won't have any points to use.
Big box retailers, led by Walmart and Target, want to take your hard-earned credit card rewards to line their pockets–leaving your travel points and cashback in the dust.
You can play an important role in standing up against special interests in Washington to protect valuable credit card rewards programs that benefit small businesses and American consumers across all income levels.

I like getting a substantial check back from my Costco Citi card.

@CelticCrafter Occcasionally, I see a special deal to buy a card at a discount. That's the only way I use points for cards. I'm ok to pay $22.50 for a $25 card, but if I have to use $25 worth of points to buy a card worth $25 dollars, I'd rather charge what I'm buying and earn points with that purchase, too. When there are no deals for cards I can use for either myself or a gift, I'd far rather have a statement credit.

We're getting ready to drop our Chase Visas because you have to spend $15,000 just to get a $100 gift card.
And the gift card selection is getting worse and worse. Plus, they charge $99 for an annual fee starting in 2024. No thank you!
They used to offer gas cards and you didn't have to spend so much. That was a winner for us. But, hit the road Jack, no more no more!
Our citi card M/C has much better bennies and no annual fee (yet?).
I'm hoping that Amazon/ Whole Foods offers a $200 gift card for opening a Visa like they did a year or two ago on black Friday. It's a Chase card, I believe and no annual fee. That will be win/win for me.

I usually save my Bank of America points near use near a beauty shop visit. Mine is reasonable up it still adds up.
I have to see what else I can get with my southwest Chase points.

I love my Chase/Amazon card that gives me points on my Amazon account.

I use the points on that card to pay my annual prime fee. It feels like I'm getting it for free.
