I love to buy books for friends at the Holidays. When I find the perfect one it just makes me so happy. I used to only frequent local bookstores and could spend hours there and did do that on many a Saturday and Sunday.

Then with the advent of Amazon I started ordering and then I just got lazy I guess and stopped going to my favorite bookstores but maybe once a year.

I was in one this evening and it was so wonderful being there. PLUS, I found the PERFECT book for a friend! And I don't think I would have found it just surfing through Amazon.

I need to make it a habit to go back there more often. Like I used to.
