I made a purchase at Shopnbc and the very next day they sent me a coupon for 15% off, I asked that they apply it to my order and they said they couldn't do it because it was issued the day after I placed my order..... my question is why offer it if the person you gave it too can't use it the way they want too? Maybe with all the christmas shopping it will be awhile before I place another order and by then it won't be any good. It certainly will have me thinking before I buy from them again, I thought it was petty and something they could have done very easy. I didn't realize Scrooge ruled their channel.
