We lost ShopHQ on Comporium on the 1st. Will miss them since I liked seeing the great jewelry and items not shown on other channels. But at least I can go on line and check them out.

ShopHQ's customer service has declined dramatically over the last year. I purchased 2 items from them in December. Two separate orders, but, they came in one package. I decided to return and was told they had to be shipped back separately. So, I was charged $9.99 twice for the return labels.

Here it is Feb.,and I have not received my refunds. I have been on the phone with them 4 times in the past 3 weeks trying to get my money back. Each time I am told the credits have been issued back to my credit card. They supposedly issued the credits on 1/29. Today I checked my credit card account online and guess what, still no refund. So, I call today and was told "you need to check with your credit card holder". Well, I know good and well the problem is on their end, but, I call my credit card holder just to verify.

So, then I call ShopHQ back to tell them - and, of course, each time I have called, I have to tell the whole story once again! My blood pressure is probably off the charts at this point.

I am told " we will put in a request for the refunds for you once again". I said, we've been through this already - JUST MAIL ME A $&%%#$ CHECK!!!!! No mam, we can't do that.I

I know they are no longer a shopping channel, but, I can't stress enough, DO NOT purchase anything from them!
