Although I haven't been watching much lately, when I do catch the Q I haven't been hearing this little promise much this year. In fact, I don't think I've heard it once so far this season. Maybe it's too early and people don't need the (false) reassurance yet. Or maybe it's because they just can't make that (false) promise any more. I've noticed shipping slowing w-a-a-a-y down in general.
