I received an email about a week ago from SHOPHQ stating that effective immediately, if anyone had valuepays they would have to pay them off/make other arrangements. I think I still have the email if you would like me to post it here. I thought that was going to be a PITA for many people!!

I received the same email but I think it was about the ShopHQ credit card. People who used VP on their SHQ card had to either pay it off or switch to a different card.
I have a hard believing that people that used other credit cards for VPs will not be charged and receive "free" items. I think that they will hear from SHQ but it might take a little while.

I just pulled up SHOPHQ Synchrony bank card and it clearly states 'you should continue to make payments on your account on the due date.
So, I will continue to make my monthly, interest free payments on my SHOPHQ card.
ETA: My payments are Value Pay and over an 18 month period. I have 3 or 4 payments left. I'm not going to pay the balance in full. Don't see how they can make that call. They're not honoring the original deal.

@Lucky Charm I have/had a SHQ credit card, but did not use VP for purchases. I just logged in to my Synchrony account and have included what it said. It's confusing, because the second bullet states that you should continue to make payments through the website, but the last bullet states that you should contact SHQ to make different payment arrangements.

I didnt use my shophq card when i ordered...They had already closed it when i bought my stuff..They didnt have value pay either so i paid in full for my items..The pending charges dropped off of my bank account after being on there for about 8 days or so and the only cleared items were for 3 other orders that i placed during the 50% off sale a week before my last 2..I called 1-800-676-5523 and the gal said she could not take my card info and let me pay for my stuff now..That the co was shut down...Yes i got all this stuff for free and it does not feel right..Wish i could have paid.

I got a call (several) about my account because they were wanting a different credit card to finish out my value pays.
Then I got a USPS letter letting me know my balance and where to send my payment.
