How many of you have placed an order and when it comes it is not what you have ordered?  I ordered a Tidy & Co small cart got package last night it was Lancer products.  The cart would not have fit in that box.  This is the third time this has happened to me.  The first time I ordered Beekman Hand Salve got IT eyebrow pencils.  Can't remember the second item I ordered and didn't get.  Called customer service and all they say is send it back and we are so sorry.  They also say your account will not be charged for shipping it back, that I don't believe but I will check my statement very very closely.  I don't want sorry I want better service.  I think I am through buying from QVC and HSN until they get their act together.  It seems like there is no hope if the warehouse & shipping thing cosmetics are the same as carts.

Just  yesterday I received 2 packages from QVC that were not what I ordered.  I ordered a 20" American West Picture Jasper necklace...got a 17".  Ordered an "As Is" Dooney Suede Cameron bag...got a leather bag that was a Dooney but NOT suede and it wasn't even a Cameron bag..  So had to pack them up and haul them to the Post Office! @PJinIA    @answerwoman    First of all, you don't have to haul anything to the post office.  Slap the Q return label on any return, go to the USPS website and request a free pick up.  There's a place on the home page to click.  They'll come pick it up and email you a receipt.

Secondly, I place many orders and haven't received a wrong item since 5 or 6 years ago.  You two seem to have had a run of bad luck.  Makes me wonder if the warehouses have a bunch of new employees.  I hope so and pray they are soon trained.

@answerwoman . I've been ordering from QVC for 6(?) years.

    I'm lucky.

The closest I've gotten to your example is ordering one A & one B in the same brand, and getting the right brand, but two A, zero B.

Yeah, there's something wrong with picking & shipping orders, and I suspect it's because of covid.

@Kachina624  remember all the hoopla about the new gigantic QVC warehouse under construction, and how the poor shipping should/would improve?

Then the covid 6' distancing came in. I swear the picking & shipping got even worse. I figure their brand new multi!illion dollar warehouse system is incompatible with staff remaining that far apart, and they're stuck with it...and we're stuck with it.

Kachina624   I should have also stated that this is a rare, if ever, occurence for me, especially 2 in one day.  Usually my returns are due to sizing issues.  Thanks for the heads up on return pick ups!

Don't know if QVC is using robots, but some fulfillment centers report sometimes they pick up the wrong items.  There's a video on YouTube showing them pickup up packages off of shelves, then place on a conveyor belt.

I can see how that can happen if item numbers are not clear.

There are different kinds.  Here's a few.
