I never said I was unhappy just confused since QVC has made representations that they were improving shipping times.  I was wondering if that was forthcoming.  Slowed shipping does impact my purchase choices and if I am in a hurry to receive something I go elsewhere.  Thanks for asking I hope this answers your question regarding my shopping choices

It may be larger thst is a fair point.  I guess I was simply saying that others places such as Zappos manages shipping well.  Amazon and Nordstroms also offer much faster and predictable shipping times as well for example.  I really was simply wondering if there was an ETA on their stated improvements

I think that QVC should do what Amazon Prime does...allow customers to pay a yearly fee for shipping and then when they place orders, the shipping is free to them.
