@cody2 Yes, things suddenly improved vastly, however, QVC has done this frequently and then things revert so I hope they can sustain the new efficiency. It has been nice to see most things ship in about 3 days.

Up until my last several orders from the end of August my deliveries have been pretty quick. I have a order now that was placed on 8/29, shipped 9/1 but just got to the post office here today. I expect to get it tomorrow. I do believe that is a postal issue and probably holiday related, not QVC. Another order placed on 9/2 was just shipped today, that's a QVC issue. HSN also seems to be having shipping problems. I usually get orders quicker from them but I'm still waiting for a order placed on 9/1 to be shipped. That's a HSN issue. Thank goodness it wasn't for a special occasion

Sadly, no. It is very inconsistent. One order will ship quickly and others will stay in limbo for several days. A return seems to have fallen off the cliff, even with my notifying EasyReturns about it. Enjoy your period of satisfaction!

Didn't you receive a confirming email from Easy Returns? You shoud have within a day or so.
The credit, if returning, should have been processed that quickly.

Maybe the process has speeded up since they are no longer doing exchanges when you send an item back. If you want an exchange , you have to contact QVC and have another order created.
