Shipping delays?

Is anyone else experiencing significant delays in shipping? I ordered 2 Go Pro cameras on 12/11 and the status still shows In Process. My EDD is 12/20. These items are gifts for my kids, who will be visiting me then. One is heading home on 12/24 to spend Christmas with his girlfriend. Worry is settling in that this gift might not make it. I tried doing a Live Chat, but only got a reply that included everything I asked in my question...order In Process, don't know when it will ship... shouldn't there be a time period when this concern is referred to the appropriate department?

Your best bet for info on your order is to email QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com and give them the order info, they're usually pretty fast to respond and extremely helpful!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@swimteammom I just check the orders internally, they are vendor shipped and they are processing now so they should go early next week. You will get an email with tracking once shipped.

No need to worry, they look to be in good shape.
