QVC exchanges Suck!!!! I tried to return a jacket for another size. First of all, the labels are not efficient. The labels are not self adhesive. I had to tape the return/exchange label on the box. Plus, peal off the stubborn QVC shipping label. Even the United States Postal Worker was huffing and complaining. Secondly, it has taken almost a month for my NFL jacket to be exchanged. Thirdly, the XXL jacket that I ordered has now been replaced with a XXXL. The NFL shop did not have the XXL in stock, which is okay. However, NO ONE notified me that it was out of stock. THEREFORE, they took it upon themselves to ship out a XXXL. Lastly, HSN (HOME SHOPPING NETWORK) has better labels and they give you the option of taking the shipping cost off of the returned refund. Which is helpful!! And I dropped off the package at UPS. They gave me a tracking receipt. I had to pay up front to ship my QVC box back. Plus, I paid for additional cost for a confirmation receipt. I am truly upset with QVC. Oh and did I mention that the supervisor was rude when I made my complaints? She couldn't understand my frustrations. She stated "Well I am not sure why you are angry"!!!!!! What the HECK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally, she said that I could get free shipping on my next QVC purchase. Not really sure when they will be!!!!!!!!!
