Shipping Time

What does it mean in Process? my order sat in process for three days, then it says estimated delivery time was another 9 nine days... that is total of 12 days to wait on a order...Then when I click on my tracking number it said it was sent by snail mail it shows nothing for me to track city to city? .... UGGGGG????? so it takes 9 days to get to me in bama .... to me that is unacceptable ... on top of it the high cost of shipping... why when other companies can get you something in a few days with less shipping cost... whew I feel better now to vent..
