Burnsite- She's 18 and not a juvenile. If she was a juvenile then I would agree about the sealing of records and court proceedings. She's made it public.

As regarding your scathing remarks about posters concerning Rachel, oh well. You're a grown woman bashing people you don't know personally. See how that works?

OK, I read most of it. I couldn't get past the mother taking off on a trip with dad and leaving a daughter home with two other kids... A daughter on medication for anorexia and bulimia and a daughter who was clearly calling out for help. She was sick. SICK!! That mother's excuses for everything make it seem like that to become a parent you should get a license. And on top of it, all the dirty laundry being aired out about her daughter for all to see.

Any mom who loved her daughter would take the heat for some of it. She took no responsibility for any of it. It was all Rachael's fault. And I still would like to hear what split the parents. I could guess.... but it would all be speculation just like most of this.

The Mom's deposition is eye opening.

Rachel accuses her father of unthinkable acts but yet wanted to move in with him when her parents separated for a brief period.

As mentioned before, Rachel DOES NOT have even a hint of substantiation to back up her claims.

This is quite the opposite with Mr. and Mrs. Canning.

People making popcorn to comment on family tragedies seems to me w*cked and decadent. I realize I am not in the majority but I feel strongly that glomming on to some other family's tragedy is tacky.

She wasn't alone watching the kids, it was brought out during the court hearing that neighbors also watched the kids.
