@Tori3569 @Beammeupscotty - I don't understand why there are posters on this forum that would like to see the Q fail. I also don't get it.

They will contend that they don't, while complaining about everything and everyone. They just want the "golden age" back when there was no internet and many women were home all day with very few channels to watch.

And women had to dress conservatively and every show was boring, unless MaryBeth or Kathy were on.

There are various commercials on tv and social media for vaginas.

Broadcast standards consider Vaginal Health a normal medical topic.

They do not change a programs tv rating.

They don’t need to be on during primetime hours either.

You must have heard something I have not about the success of the Restructuring. My latest findings indicate they have run into hurdles while they continue to burn through money. Please share with us your positive information.

The obstacle is the motion by the Preferred Shareholders to file an alternative plan during the period in which the debtor (QVC Group) has the exclusive right to file a plan.

Thus far, the court has not ruled on this. But all voting claim holders have approved QVC's plan as proposed. Documents are underway to issue new debt in exchange for certain existing debt and issue new equity ownership to these debtholders.

The monthly financial report required under Chapter 11 rules shows significant revenue generation in April.

Reviewing these financial statements, I see no "burning" whatsoever.

April Customer Revenue

QVC: $313 million

HSN: $99 million

Cornerstone: $73 million

I believe that the QVC Group plan as proposed, with some amendments to accommodate Preferred Shareholders will be confirmed sooner than later. Currently, the Plan Confirmation date is July 15th, although that can be extended.
