once upon a time I had a heel spur and I complained about painful feet. It got better. Now I don't.

I had plantar fasciitis and it got better to the point I can wear any type shoe.

I guess Shawn will never live down saying she had foot pain. I've seen comments like these for years now. Healing is possible.

Does anyone remember about 5 yrs ago when Shawn stated she could not wear heels due to her feet being in such bad shape? If that's the case why is she wearing such high heels now? I know she likes to look cute for her shows & she IS a doll, I just know that I have bad feet from all the yrs of 6" heels & yes, PLATFORMS! LOL! Would hate to see that happen to Shawn or anyone else.

Her feet are probably better.  She looks great no matter the height of her shoes.

It's really not so unusual for women to wear shoes that are uncomfortable. Many of us (myself included) have probably worn a pair of shoes simply because you liked them. Comfort was secondary. I worn high heels, high platforms years ago. Unfortunately, I'm paying the price for putting vanity before comfort.

I had painful feet and couldn't wear the great shoes I liked but I found Birkenstocks and by wearing these and other shoes with the proper support most days I am now able to wear great looking shoes for different occasions.  It is possible to wear heels for work or a special occasion for a few hours and wear shoes made to support the feet most other times!  Platforms are much more comfortable to wear even with foot issues!!
