Does anyone know of an easy program for calendars that you put in names/events on dates and then it changes automatically every year so the day is right and that's easy to share with others and when you add to it, it automatically syncs? tia

Google Microsoft Create to see if they have a template for a calendar like you are looking for.
I use an excel spreadsheet I found online years ago I use to keep track of some things around here.

Gmail. You can set it for any length of time you'd like the events to repeat. You can share it, you can share limited accessibility. You can opt for others to be able to edit the calendar. We have used Gmail for years and years with our business. You can also change colors of events based on the categories, such as family, business Etc.

I belong to some groups with shared calendars. We use Cozi and the Apple on our phones. Both give a lot of flexibility. All about color 💚💛🧡❤️🩷🩵💙💜

I am so sorry. My brain is not engaged these days. Yes it's Google calendars not Gmail
that's ok I just wanted to be sure. I agree it's a very useful calendar program. I use it daily. Before this I was writing appts and events in a paper planner. And often getting things wrong because I wrote on the wrong date. Ay yi yi. Google keeps me on track and on time.. one thing I like about it is to plug in limited series TV shows. It reminds me every week for however many weeks the shows run. So I will never miss an episode of Top Chef, lol
